Roasting
Guided by an unwavering passion and the unrivalled expertise of our master roaster in Bologna, our traditional Italian method enables us to create coffees of exceptional quality.
Each coffee origin is individually selected
and slowly roasted.
In other words, the beans are gradually heated at moderate temperatures over an extended period. This allows the natural aromas and flavors of the coffee beans to develop in a more balanced and subtle way.
This gentle process allows better control over the cooking of the beans, leading to more complex and nuanced flavor profiles in the cup.

A coffee enthusiast from an early age and originally from Rome, I set myself the mission of finding the typical taste of Italian coffee. This was the driving force behind the creation of Caffè Saporito.
In fact, my family name predestined me for it. Indeed, "Saporito" means "tasty" in my native tongue.
Italian slow roasting is a skill I have mastered with precision, allowing each cup of coffee to reveal the full richness of its aromas.
My passion for coffee and the authenticity of the roasting process illustrate my relentless commitment to bringing you flavors.
